Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

  1. Faulty Products: If your product has any defects or is damaged upon arrival, you are eligible for a return or exchange.
  2. Incorrect Color or Design: If we sent you a product that does not match the color or design you ordered, we will happily accept a return or exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email us at homecomfortbyaj@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the faulty product or the incorrect color/design.
  2. Approval: Once we review your request, we will notify you via email if your return or exchange is approved.
  3. Return Shipping: If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product. We will cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

  • Approved Returns: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

  • Approved Exchanges: If you requested an exchange, we will send out the replacement product as soon as we receive and inspect the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your new item is on its way.

Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reasons than those mentioned above.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.
